This kit is meant for use on trucks that were originally equipped from the factory with the tailgate backup camera relocation option. If your truck is a cab & chassis model & you need a camera for it, please contact us ***BEFORE*** purchasing as this kit may not work properly with your truck. Product manufacturer will determine if the item is defective & in need of replacement. If a replacement item is requested PRIOR to the return of a supposedly defective item, purchaser must pay for the replacement item including shipping and will then receive a refund for the purchase price of item only after defective item has been returned. If a replacement item is not requested prior to the return of the supposedly defective item, then the purchaser must first ship the defective item, with shipping the responsibility of the purchaser, back to the Company.
